Standards

The table below shows our end of KS2 results from 2016. As you can see compared with other local schools we are performing very well. The first column is those children who met the standard in reading, writing and maths and places us first of all local schools. The next 3 columns are the amount of progress the children made from Y2 to Y6. 0 is the national average so anything that is above this shows better than expected progress. Again on this measure we have done very well. We still need to improve the % of our pupils who achieve the higher standard and this is something that we will be focusing on this year. However, the results are something we should be proud of and is a testament to the hard work of all the staff and pupils and the improvements that the school has made.
